PROJECT
Entertainment Merchandise
& Production Graphics

I developed branded merchandise and promotional products supporting studio productions, events and visitor experiences. The work spans apparel, collectibles, promotional products, children's merchandise and production-ready graphics, balancing creative storytelling with the technical requirements of manufacturing and final production.

Studio Tour Shirt
PROJECT
Following the completion of Disney's live-action Moana at Trilith Studios, I was tasked with developing a custom shirt for the Studio Tour team. The design needed to evoke Polynesian visual themes and the spirit surrounding the production without using copyrighted Moana imagery, while maintaining a distinct connection to Trilith Studios.
THE CHALLENGE
The project required completely original artwork that could work as premium staff apparel while preserving the Trilith Studios brand. Adding to the challenge, the concept and production-ready artwork needed to be completed within a 24-hour turnaround.
DESIGN APPROACH
Working collaboratively with the client, I developed and refined the concept into a cleaner visual system using original island-inspired graphics and glyphs. Each revision simplified the composition while strengthening the visual storytelling and maintaining a clear connection to the Studio Tour experience.
PRODUCTION
The final artwork was prepared as production-ready files, accounting for the shirt's front, back and sleeve applications while maintaining consistency across the complete garment.

OUTCOME
The approved design was manufactured and became part of the Studio Tour team's uniform, completing the project from initial concept through design refinement and final production within the required turnaround.
ADDITIONAL WORK
Additional merchandise and production graphics developed across entertainment properties, studio initiatives and promotional applications. Each project presented different creative and production requirements while maintaining attention to brand consistency and finished execution.
SNL 50th Anniversary Jacket
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
The official 50th anniversary artwork arrived too late in the production schedule to create a traditional embroidered patch for an event jacket. To keep the project moving, I recreated the patch as a distressed printed graphic designed to simulate the texture and character of aged embroidery. The solution preserved the intended vintage appearance while allowing the jacket to be completed within the required production schedule.

Peacemaker
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
For the Peacemaker series, I was tasked with creating a bold T-shirt inspired by the oversized, edgy rock-concert apparel of the 1980s. The brief called for a bald eagle gripping the American flag, dramatic lightning and prominent series branding to capture the show's loud, irreverent personality. Working within established brand guidelines, I refined the artwork for accurate color reproduction and prepared the final production-ready files for manufacturing.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
PRODUCT DESIGN & PRODUCTION
For this Guardians of the Galaxy project, I collaborated with the marketing team to develop a promotional Bluetooth radio inspired by Peter Quill's iconic cassette player. The selected product needed to support the concept while providing the appropriate functionality and printable surface for the artwork. I developed visual mockups to evaluate the design and placement, then prepared the final production-ready graphics for manufacturing.

SUPERMAN
Superman Promotional Merchandise
For an upcoming Superman production, I developed promotional merchandise concepts while final film branding and title treatments were still confidential and unavailable. Working under NDA, I used available legacy branding and original illustrative elements to develop concepts for custom merchandise, adapting the artwork to the individual products while providing clear visual direction as the campaign continued to evolve.
